MEET Brittany!
Hi Y’all!
I’m Brittany and I am so excited you have decided to visit my page!
I am the wife of a firefighter and mother of a beautiful daughter, and baby boy! I am also a full time audiologist, and I love my job ♥.
I wanted to tell you a little bit about my story….
My husband and I bought our house built in 1930 in January of 2015. We did most of the remodeling in a two month period (just in time to host our wedding shower!) We got married in Nashville, TN in May of 2015 and it has been an extraordinary journey together!
In February of 2016, we found out we were pregnant with our little girl! I have learned so much in becoming a mother! Being a mom is definitely the hardest, yet most rewarding job in the world. These experiences are the backbone to why I wanted to start blogging. I feel like I have so much to give! It will be a wonderful way for me to help other moms in the world. Being a mommy is hard as it is, and if I can help ease your stress, even by just a little bit, then my heart will be full ♥.
This seems like the perfect time for me to start my lifestyle blog. I just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and can use what I have learned through raising our first child and supplement that knowledge with what I will learn with our second child to help you in any way that I can!
My husband and I continually work on our “home sweet home” and I will be sharing our remodeling tips with you as well!
I am a Tennessee lover and Volunteer at heart. I believe us moms need coffee! (haha!). I love planning parties, finding treasure while thrifting, (so much so that my family has coined the phrase “Do you want to go Goodwilling?”), I’m a die hard photo fanatic (I love pictures!!), and I love finding easy recipes to feed my family. I am constantly learning how to do new things and I will share my tips and tricks with you! I believe in making things personable and beautiful, and I hope that will portray through this blog ♥.
From remodeling an 88 year old home, to what I have learned becoming a mommy, I hope to share experiences and tips with you that you will find helpful in creating your own “home sweet home.”
Please contact me! I would love to hear from you!
Love y’all,
“Happy home sweet home,”
Brittany
